Houston is going to be fucking good this year. I didn't think at first, but getting Ariza to replace Parsons is perfect. They have a very stellar defense now. Gonna be a very tough team this year.

After so many glory years the Lakers are going to be on the outside looking in with the talent they currently possess. Carlos Boozer was old two years ago and Steve Nash will probably never play another minute in the NBA. Bryant, with declining abilities cannot begin to carry this mediocre group of misfits. The best decision Phil Jackson ever made was to not come back and coach this team. Just imagine how many times this team will be underdogs at home ... probably, at least half of those games.

Im a Laker fan from LA. I would never put any money on them on any spread to cover. Only star in the team is Kobe, and he is at the total end of his career, and is bringing in the money to the Staples center. Laker fans would all like to see him play before he retires. The rest are bench players, probably don't belong in the NBA or just filling in the roster. They will win a few good games, but I would fade the Lakers in almost all the games. Trust Me!

Yea, and I took Orlando and the Lakers just because Tates introduction about winning NBA picks. He should be a sales person..LoL
Its just 2 games and might win next 10, but this is a totally bad start.
